About

Who is Chris McCormack?

Chris McCormack is an adventure photographer and travel speaker who shares real-world stories designed to challenge comfort zones and shift perspective.

He does not speak from theory. Every program, every image, and every story comes from places he has explored, experiences he has lived, and moments that have shaped how he sees the world.

In 2014, a decision to study abroad in Australia became the turning point that reshaped the direction of his life. What started as a single experience quickly grew into a deeper pursuit of exploration, connection, and personal growth.

Through his travels, Chris has learned that growth does not happen in comfort. It happens when you step into the unfamiliar, take risks, and allow the experience to change you.

That perspective now drives everything he does; from the way he captures moments through photography to the way he speaks and the immersive travel experiences he creates for others.

Chris’s work is not about checking places off a map. It is about what those experiences reveal, and how they challenge people to rethink what is possible in their own lives.

Giving Back

The Cuba Baseball Foundation

Chris’s travels have never been only about exploration. They have also been about connection, perspective, and giving back.

In 2017, while walking home from the beach in Cuba, he came across a baseball field filled with rocks, holes, and even goats. Despite the conditions, a group of kids were playing under the sun, barefoot and without proper equipment.

He asked if he could join them.

What stood out was not the field or what they lacked. It was the energy, the focus, and the genuine love they had for the game. No one wanted to be anywhere else. They were there to play.

That moment stayed with him.

It led him to reflect on his own childhood, where access to equipment, fields, and organized leagues was never something he had to think about.

That contrast became the foundation for something more.

Chris went on to create the Cuba Baseball Foundation, an initiative focused on supporting youth players and bringing resources to communities that simply want the opportunity to play.

The work has not been easy, but it has been meaningful. And every effort has been worth it.
